Add Creation Date to filter for catalog updates

RSS Feed for Cloud Portal releases

There is a feed that has new app catalog releases, updates, Publisher releases, and blogs, but it would be great to have a way to filter for one or multiple. Also, the ability to have Cloud release information in the feed too
