Don't suppress an application in download only mode

Don't suppress an application that need an uninstall before installing the new version when you're in download only mode (ie: inkscape)

Support for Advanced SystemCare Ultimate

I noticed that you have the regular Advanced Systemcare in the list, but not the Ultimate version (the one with a antivirus also included). Would it be possible to add that?
