allow an intune app to not get removed by overall configuration via right click options

I'm fairly certain this is already a feature for configman applications and updates. It would be nice for that to be an option for intune applications as well.

add option on right click to set requirements for user = or user != defaultuser0

this would allow us to set apps that can only or could never install during autopilot. The requirement would be for a registry value hklm\software\microsoft\windows nt\currentversion\winlogon defaultuser equals or doesnotequal defaultuser0

Enable Self-Update Feature
