Compare hash of MST/CAB files from "Add MST transformation file"
In case a new MST or CAB file is specified, then replaced in the same source location, PMPC will not warn that a republish is necessary, as it doesn't recognize that there is a new file.It would be good to compare the files based on their hash.

I installed the latest preview release from the Publisher UI and it prompted for a reboot. The best way to fix this is to add the 0x2 bit to the ServiceControl table entry to stop the service on install as well as uninstall.

I think it would be handy to have the option to just show the apps we have selected on the various Patch My PC - Publishg Settings window. More often than not I find myself going in to adjust an existing app update than selecting a new app to patch.
