Modify Additional Information hyperlink in the Software Center

Is there a way to modify the "Additional Information" hyperlink for apps in the Software Center? I would like to post our internal website as an hyperlink for our end users to click on for additional instructions on a particular app.

Allow Block Execution during Update without requiring Toast Notification

In the preview release for "Manage Conflicting Processes", there's an option to Block Execution of the update's process while the update is in progress. It would be great to allow (2) in the screenshot without needing to set the notification.

so we have "enable all products from the update rules that support installation packages" so it would also make sense to have the inverse "enable all updates from the product rules that support update packages"
