Create a "collect diagnostics" utility for end users

Getting the required log files from end users is a major pain, like you did for the server app you should develop a Windows app we could deploy that would collect the log files, zip them up, and offer to email them to IT using the default mail cli...

Microsoft PowerAutomate Desktop

This product updates so frequently it is a pain to keep up-to-date with each release. It is similar to PowerBi Desktop in it's update frequency, and you have added that product. Adding this to your catalog will be a great addition.
