Default Manage Conflicting Processes Notification to Dark Mode

The dark mode notification for Conflicting Processes looks a lot better than the default color scheme. The color scheme should default to dark, with an option to follow the Windows color scheme.

Add Insomnia to the Application Catalog

The licensing for Postman has become much more restrictive. Insomnia seems to be a very useful replacement. It installs in User space very easily.
