Packaging of AWS VPN into PMPC

This would be useful to have packaged for a client of ours, it is a simple .msi install and would help to have it automatically patched.

Alternative commercial OpenVPN Client. Very Usefull. Additional Info for Silent install. Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable (x64) must be installed before Viscosity.
