This is an online phone application which has a downloadable app for computers. It has an MSI installer so it will be easy to implement in PMP.

The x86 version is there but most have migrated away from x86 apps so having the x64 is more important.

The non LTS version is packaged, but for organisations teaching Blender it is not practical to update teaching material throughout the year, so picking the version LTS version is preferable.
