We currently deploy this from Winget with PADT. It would be good to get it added to PMPC

We'd like to use PMPC to deploy this rather than manually checking the GitHub repo for releases. We currently deploy this with PADT so hopefully it is compatible with PMPC.

The non LTS version is packaged, but for organisations teaching Blender it is not practical to update teaching material throughout the year, so picking the version LTS version is preferable.
