Add Bentley Connection Client

CONNECTION Client is Bentley's gateway to cloud services (i.e. licensing), portals and analytics. It is updated on a semi-regular basis and it would be benefical if it could be updated via ConfigMgr/Windows Updates.

Node.js 22, split from "Latest" to have 22 updates without forcing major upgrades
