InstEd is a popular tool for editing MSI installer packages. It has not been updated in over 10 years, but having it in the Scappman / PMPC catalogue would be helpful.

Image-editing software, usually used as an alternative for Adobe Creative Cloud products as it is perpetual license and not a subscription.
