Sysinternals Suite is a bundle of the Sysinternals utilities including Process Explorer, Process Monitor, Sysmon, Autoruns, ProcDump, all of the PsTools, and many more.

The non LTS version is packaged, but for organisations teaching Blender it is not practical to update teaching material throughout the year, so picking the version LTS version is preferable.
