    Docker CLI

    With everyone quickly migrating from Docker to Podman, this may sound a little odd. However, currently, to integrate Podman with Visual Studio (not VS Cdoe), it seems you need to have Docker CLI as a minimum to work.

    Persist customizations even if app/patch is disabled then re-enabled
