Make the detection rule for a deployment visible in the UI

It would be usefull that there is a version column in the deployments overview page. Now we have to enter de deployed application end look there what the deployed version is.

It would be useful to have the download link in an error alert. That way, the domain that needs to be whitelisted can easily be recognised.

In Patch My PC Cloud for MSPs, it's currently not possible to include Binary Free Apps within an App Set. This is a feature request to make such function possible.

Please provide the option to uninstall software that is not provided in the Patch My PC Catalog.
