Sign customer pre-post scripts for Intune

If a customer specifies a code-signing cert to sign the detection and requirement scripts for Intune, allow an option to also sign the pre/post scripts they specify. This will save time, and the scripts won't have to be signed manually.

Intune Show updated apps/new apps

With the Intune Client, it would be nice to see what apps have been updated, the date the update to the package was done, and also show newly added apps. All of this right in the Intune Client Window

Conflicting Processes - Reopen application once update complete
