Make application repair optional

Please make proxy port field not change when mouse over and scroll wheel

When scrolling through the advanced settings it is possible to inadvertently change the proxy port by mousing over and using the scroll wheel. A simple fix would be to remove the up and down capability to a straight forward input box!

Modify Additional Information hyperlink in the Software Center

Is there a way to modify the "Additional Information" hyperlink for apps in the Software Center? I would like to post our internal website as an hyperlink for our end users to click on for additional instructions on a particular app.
