    Add ZScaler 4.2 and 4.4 Version Tracks to Support Products Catalog

    Zscaler has three different version "tracks" and the PMPC Catalog currently only offers versions of the 4.3.X.X track. Zscaler is providing new versions of 4.2, 4.3, and 4.4 as separate products.

    ARM for Python 3.13 & 3.14

    Multiple Python versions exist in PMPC catalog but none of the native ARM installers are included. Can these be added in?
