Add Vagrant to the Scappman catalog. Vagrant is a tool for building and distributing development environments.

Add more options around WHEN alerts are sent, filtered by the alert types. Being able to send email-based alerts ONLY for errors for instance, as opposed to email being either on or off. Cheers!
