Add the other Eclipse products

This is an .exe installer, may require to be manually added to a repository. Would benefit healthcare organizations that support hearing aids.

Relaunch Google Chrome

If google chrome is updated while a user is logged in it is closed. It doesn't relaunch when the update finishes. It would be nice if it could.

Correct formatting for paint.net application name

Minor UI request/correction. Currently, Patch My PC shows and configures the app package with the name "Paint.NET", when the correct application name on the developer's website (https://getpaint.net) and the application's title bar are "paint.net".
