Make available Beyond compare version 3 in Intune Apps

I am working as Intune Architect in Billtrust, we have license of Beyond Compare version 3 but it not available in Intune App. We see only Beyond Compare version 4

Instead of triggering a SUP sync after publishing, create a one time scheduled SUP sync.
