Add tooltips to all buttons

There are buttons in the UI without tooltips, making my scared to click them.The documentation is out of date and doesn't explain the use of all the buttons.

Allow it to be pinned to the taskbar (Windows 11)

It did with earlier versions, but not since the latest update.
