Add x64 support for JetBrains dotPeek, dotTrace & dotMemory

Add ms-teams.exe in conflicted processes for Teams and OBS, etc.

Please add ms-teams.exe to "manage process list..." for Teams and OBS. (If teams is a conflicted process in other applications, then also for this affected applications) For my case, I'd add it manually, but I think this would be helpful for other...

Allow application updates to be published as available updates

At the moment Intune application update assignments can only be "required" or "uninstall". Could you please add the option to make them "available" because there are use cases where available is highly needed.

Netwrix Password Policy Enforcer

The PPE client is deployed to all workstations to enforce requirements when a user changes their password. May need to be deployed as manual download as direct link to MSI isn't available as it is contained with the EXE that is within the download...

Show this as a featured app in the Company Portal parameter (Scappman)

Can we please have the Scappman parameter to enable 'Show this as a featured app in the Company Portal' in Intune app deployments e.g. for available apps.
