Automated email notifications to the Service Desk

Does PMPC have the ability to send an email to our service desk when a PC needs attention i.e. PC has been offline for X days or a failing disk needs replacing etc.

Install Forticlient VPN online (free)

Most of the Fortinet products do much more than just VPN. We use the VPN only version and it is a free program from the Fortinet site. Can this be implemented?
