    Citrix WEM

    Workspace Environment Management is required on Citrix VDIs. It's be nice to be able to install and update from PMPC. It's a fairly basic install but it will require paramaters to be passed to the EXE. "Updates" are a full reinstall.

    Fortifone soft phone

    Fortifone is a soft phone system made by Fortinet and is growing in popularity. We have approximately 700 users that interact with it all day for logistics purposes. Updates are infrequent but it would make my life easier.

    Add a tab in the portal where we can see the tickets we have openend via the contact support button.

    would be super cool to kind of like an overview of ongoing issues. at least a cc option would be great. But I would prefer a tab where everybody with PmPC access can see what has been communicated.

    CVE Import Wizard for Intune Applications

    Similar to the CVE Import Wizard for CM applications / updates (https://patchmypc.com/how-the-cve-import-wizard-works-for-matching-cve-ids) It'd be a great idea to allow the same functionality for Intune applications / updates.
