Base Application Multiple Deployment Types Per Application

Task Sequence History/Version Control

PatchMyPC.log equivalent for cloud portal

It would be really useful to see actions taken in real time or historically when both manually creating/updating a deployment, or for scheduled syncs in the cloud portal, much like how PatchMyPC.log works for the publisher.
