    Add Xelion App to the catalog

    We would like to have the Xelion app added to the catalog, it's a voip solution and with the msix installation files and dependency requirements it's a tricky solution to install. Having it in PMPC would keep the app updated easily

    Microsoft .NET Core Desktop Runtime 6.x and 7.x (EXE-x86)

    Currently we have x64 version available, but would be nice to have the x86 of v6.x and 7.x available via PMPC for any apps that require it.
