This app is used in Canada for Shipping, it does not update without local admin access but the update is required once its deployed to the Canada Post Servers. I'm not even sure if there is a silent install option for it.

Add more options around WHEN alerts are sent, filtered by the alert types. Being able to send email-based alerts ONLY for errors for instance, as opposed to email being either on or off. Cheers!
