    Add Lyx (and depedency Mitex)

    Both applications are open-source and widely used amongst some circles. It would be great to add this to our app catalog for our users.

    Alerting Thresholds - All, Success, Failure / Error

    Add more options around WHEN alerts are sent, filtered by the alert types. Being able to send email-based alerts ONLY for errors for instance, as opposed to email being either on or off. Cheers!

    Define default availability/restart grace periods

    Some companies always use the same Availability/Restart grace period settings for all apps. It would be cool if we could define some 'default' settings that apply to all applications by default, but can be changed on an application level.

    Catalog Newsletter - Note which apps are Local Content

    When sending the daily catalog newsletter email, it would be nice if it was indicated which apps were local content so that content could be added prior to sync.
