Dark mode installer, make it not suck

Tried installing the app on my workstation, was unable to see any dialog or the button objects in the installer. Has to switch off dark mode to work with installer.PatchMyPC-Publishing-Service.msi

Custom Apps Security Scoping

Presently in Custom Apps, all users have access to all apps in our tenant. It would be helpful if we could set scoping so only the Desktop techs can see and/or edit their apps, and our security folks can only see/edit theirs, etc. This would help ...
