Allow more than one scheduling option

Allow The sync schedule to be every Friday, but also to be able to choose the second Tuesday of the Month to catch (often) updates that are pushed specifically at the same time as MS

Add Device-level drill in for Intune PowerBI reports.

The Intune PowerBI report currently does not allow a drill in to the device level. The report shows data regarding application installation counts.
