Configure retry count for package creation

It sometimes happens that the package creation fails at first. This can happen due to transient errors in Azure or other reasons. Therefore it would be nice to be able to configure the retry count on the package creation.

Add "Persist content in client cache" to PMPC app

When the PatchMyPC Publishing Service as a product is updating, it could be nice to have a post in the Teams web hook.

Make application repair optional

Add XSplit Broadcaster app

Please make proxy port field not change when mouse over and scroll wheel

When scrolling through the advanced settings it is possible to inadvertently change the proxy port by mousing over and using the scroll wheel. A simple fix would be to remove the up and down capability to a straight forward input box!
