Add Advanced Port Scanner

Advanced IP Scanner is already available and managed by PMPC. The Advanced Port Scanner is developed by the same company, Famatech. Can we get that one added and managed as well?

only download to UNC - no installation

In the former PMPC - it was possible to only download the apps -- that help a lot for troubleshooting between some apps - please implement - in the moment i need to install all needed apps at a host -- lot of time with administartion

Allow year selection in the Custom detection's Date modified field
