    I see that R Project is Shipped, but I don't see that R for Windows has shipped. I can't find it in the catalog. It is the application in the first link above- https://cran.r-project.org/. Then click 'Download R for Windows', then click 'Base', then 'Download R 4.0.3 for Windows'

    What I've learned is that R for Windows must be installed before R Project can be used. So it seems weird that Patch My PC is packaging R Project, but not R.
