In decentralized organisations, you need to have support for Intune scoped admin permissions.
This is now in preview.
Note that it will require a new permission on your Azure App Registration so that we can list out your role scope tags. It is mentioned in the release notes here but what we need is
DeviceManagementRBAC.Read.All

Cody is pretty close to having this one ready for preview.
Scope tags is one of the few missing pieces on Intune now. Looking forward to this.
