Duo Device Health Application

Update for the Duo Device Health Application, as it requires admin privileges to install and if the Duo policy is in place to prevent users from having an out of date version could cause serious overhead.

      Certificate based authentication is reaching EOL as of Sept. 1, 2022. Using the Duo Device Health Application is going to be the only method to authenticate going forward.

      This would be great with Duo ending Trusting Endpoints via Certs and requiring this.
