Auto move applications to app/vendor subfolder

Add a Base Install option not only to move applications to a specified folder (that function has already shipped), but to move it into a subfolder with the name of the app vendor or just the app name (and auto create that subfolder structure). Make that an option on vendor and app level as well.

This would help especially if the option to always create new applications when updates are available is used, because all apps get moved into their respective vendor or app subfolder automatically.
