Automatically create new groups in AAD when application are added first time

This is new idea which can be helpful for organizations. Example:
Organization using groups for manage access to application,

SomeGroupName-Chrome-x64

SomeGroupName-Opera-x64

SomeGroupName-SnagIT-x64-MSI etc.

End users are requesting those groups using custom application to get access to specific application.

Now if we deploying new application, first we need to create group, deploy application using PatchMyPC and assign new group which we created.

What if there will be possibility to create some standardization about group names which PatchMyPC can create automatically during first deployment of application?

1) Admin select that want to deploy AdobeReader

2) PatchMyPC is creating group named: SomeGroupName-NameOfApplication-Version

3) PatchMyPC is deploying application to the Intune

4) And automatically assigning this application to below group.
