Distribute content to chosen distribution point, not just DP group

Right now, if you want to choose to distribute only to a set of chosen distribution points, it requires doing so to only DP Groups, there is no option to choose a DP. As such, for cases where people do not have any DP groups, but only DPs, there is no option to only select one.

The workaround is to create a DP group with just a single DP, but that causes unnecessary setup for organizations that already have an existing configuration with no DP groups, in terms of how it is viewed, and then a lot of inconsistencies as existing applications would be to the DP and the new to the DP group.
