Why can't PatchMyPC add it to the catalog when there's full documentation available on how to use the installer for mass deployment?
I think this was a clear misunderstanding on my part believing these Clickshare Launcher == Clickshare Desktop App. I'll restore the status of this, thanks for raising the request and taking the time to provide more details!
The software you had before was Clickshare Launcher which is different to Clickshare Launcher. We require Clickshare Desktop App and the software has full documentation on automated installations. We have even been able to add it ourselves directly to Intune for mass deployment and it has been working but we would like it in PatchMyPC so we can ensure it's updated when new updates are released. Why can't PatchMyPC add it to the catalog when there's full documentation available on how to use the installer for mass deployment?
ClickShare used to be in our catalogue however it was removed due to incompatbility when the vendor changed their installer: https://patchmypc.com/how-products-are-handled-at-end-of-life-eol-or-become-incompatible
