    From reading the web page you shared, this is not compatible.

    Download the Sysinternals Suite zip file (from the Sysinternals Suite page).
    Uncompress the zip file.
    Download the Sysinternals Suite Installer into the folder containing the uncompressed files.
    Run the installer.

    Today we only can only process single file installers.
