We use Stamps.com to print shipping labels, the application is updated when postal rates change.
Unfortunately, we have not been able to get this application to install reliably, so we are unable to add the Stamps.com application at this time. Although the provided MSI is essentially just a wrapper for the EXE installer, the installation consistently fails with "Could not access network location" errors.

Stamps has links to install machine MSI installers for 32 and 64 bit:
32bit:

They appear to auto upgrade from old versions unattended. You can change the version in the link path as they get released.
