Wireshark is incredibly popular and is often out of date due to the nature of only having an .exe installer.
Wireshark already exists in our catalogue today, however as you suggest it's the .exe installer. I think you're requesting the .msi installer. Therefore I'm merging this in to an existing request - please search for existing requests in future.
