The app poses challenges due to inconsistent installation behavior: it installs under the user profile when run without administrative privileges, and under Program Files when elevated. We currently have an open bug to enable ScriptRunner to execute per-user installers under limited user rights. Once this issue is resolved, we can reevaluate the app for inclusion.
This and the Community edition should be easy additions - MSI install and all installers are free to download.
