Allow excluded apps to be skipped from product scan

When scanning for supported products in the publishing tool, the ability to exclude already selected apps is great. What would be even more useful is to allow the option to toggle whether apps that are currently excluded from auto-publishing rules are displayed. Sometimes I do want to see ALL supported products that aren't already checked, but there are other times when I have already defined the apps that I want to have excluded and it'd be nice to not have them on the list. This would prevent me from inadvertently enabling updates for a product that I already excluded via right-click options.
