Supersede any re-published updates in the event you republish multiple times

While developing pre/post update scripts I needed to republish an already republished update. Upon doing so discovered it's predecessor was not declined, only the original update, even though the dialogs were exactly the same. The workaround is to use the wizard from the advanced tab to decline the updates. It would be great if republished updates followed the same workflow as originals updates.
