It would be great to be able to choose full content deployments for either release ring.

Ah, I see - I understand your request better now. Thanks. You would like multiple products in the Publisher for OneDrive, each representing the deployment rings Microsoft use for rolling out OneDrive.
From what I can tell, the Insiders build isn't downloadable. Just the Production and Deferred, which matches your request.
It looks like we have the Production ring build in our catalogue today, so I presume this is a request to include the Deferred ring.
