Toad Data Point to Patch My PC catalog of available applications
This is going to be hard for us to add due to Quest making it difficult to obtain the downloads. We can register trials, but they don't provide access to all the installer types. The trial version does read this file at startup however:

Which does tell us the latest version of Toad Data Point:

However it the URL given there still asks for an actual license to be able to obtain the MSIs.
