When you use ConfigMgr site server HA, you have an active and a passive site server. In the event of a disaster recovery scenario, you manually flip over to your passive site server.

It would be beneficial if the PMPC Publishing service could account for this scenario. Today, you would need to manually configure it on both site servers and reconfigure it when this DR scenario happens.
