Maintain custom return codes added to Configuration Manager applications.

In some instances supported products may exit with a non-standard exit code. Currently, if a return code is added to the deployment type for a patch my pc maintained application in Configuration Manager, it is not maintained with the next release/update of the application in Configuration Manager.
